Founder Josh Wall brought a high-performance mindset shaped by years in professional baseball, combined with hands-on experience in home inspection. While that standard was deeply embedded in how the company operated, it wasn’t yet fully articulated in the brand or consistently communicated across the website.
The opportunity was to take what already existed—discipline, process, and care—and define it in a way that others could clearly understand, experience, and trust.
