Most website projects take weeks. This one had eight hours. Magnolia Spa & Nails is a neighborhood nail salon known for quality service, personalized care, and detailed nail art. As both a client of the salon and a communications consultant, I had a unique perspective on their strengths—and where their website wasn’t fully reflecting them.
While the in-person experience was strong, the website lacked the same level of clarity and confidence. With limited time and a clear goal, the focus was simple: make the right updates, in the right places, to create a site that feels polished, easy to navigate, and ready for customers to book.
